Overall, very satisfied
Cooked up just fine. Taste is okay. As far as the prep directions, I used powered eggs %26 powered 1% milk. I also added two tablespoons of melted BaconUp bacon grease for a little more flavor. Overall, satisfied with the cooking results %26 will definitely buy again. I plan on using it to prepare my cornbread dressing the next time I make cornbread dressing!

This cornbread mix arrived on time in good shape. I would suggest you change your cooking directions. You can't mix hot milk with raw eggs without the eggs cooking a little. I mixed all the ingredients except the milk and then added warm almond milk. It cooked perfectly in my brownie divided pan. It has a good taste and texture. You just need to fix the directions.

Way over priced
More like a muffin than cornbread but it was not bad. I ordered two more packages The price is much harder to swallow than the cornbread itself
