Nordic Ware 10" Nonstick Searing Grill Pan, Black 11.1" x 17.9" x 3.5"

This pan is so amazing for grilling things on the stove. I have used it for bacon, burgers, and steak. It works awesome and is heavy duty enough that it sits perfectly flat on the stove. It is really high quality and works great. It cleans up really easily too as it's coded and a great non-stick product. I am highly satisfied with this pan and would really recommend it to anyone looking to up their kitchen game. I also tried this on my wood pellets smoker with a steak inside and some butter and garlic and it worked amazing and added some awesome flavor to it as well. It's easy to clean and very high quality. Awesome overall 10 inch grilling pan and I would Great recommend this.

This is a nice 10 inch sear pan,I used it to make some salmon patties and they turned out great with the sear marks,I used a little olive oil because directions said to use a little light oil,and also cooked on medium heat as per the directions so you don't ruin the pan,cleanup was a breeze I love the nonstick surface,everything came off with just water,I'm thinking about using it in my grill next time,just on medium heat,if you follow the care instructions the pan will last for a long time,it is made of good quality,heavy but not too heavy,it does it's job searing!

The Nordic Ware 11 inch searing pan is made of nonstick coated aluminized steel .Aluminized steel will not rust, unliked regular steel it also heats rapidly ,and can be used on electric, induction, gas, and ceramic stove tops. The pan has a stay cool handle. The grill pan is coated with premium nonstick coating for easy cleanup and minimal .The nonstick coating is made without PFOA or other harmful substances .You can use this pan for cooking items you might grill such as searing chicken, steak, pork, burgers, veggies, quesadillas, and warm sandwiches too. Recommended to use sauces toward end of cook time ,and to use moderate heat excessive heat can damage pan as well as stovetop. Utensils to use on pan should be silicone, nylon, and wood. Sharp metal utensils and scouring pads ,along with abrasive cleaners ,will damage pan and should be avoided. Wash pan with warm soapy water in sink .For persistent baked foods ,soak ,pan in warm soapy water for 10 minutes, then scrub. Nonstick loses effectiveness over time when put in dishwasher. I had been looking for a good griddle pan for a while and I'm extremely happy with this purchase. The griddle is the perfect size. It's not too big or to small. The quality is definitely there and it does a wonderful job of leaving a good char line, which is exactly what I was looking for. Very good purchase for the price. I'd definitely buy another one!

This grilling pan cooked thick pork chops very evenly. I did spray a bit of oil on the pan and used a sugar based rub so there was lots of black debris that could have stuck to the pan. Instead I placed it under the faucet and it slid right off. It was a cooler evening and I like to grill typically so it was nice to get the look of a grill but not have to step outside in the weather. The pan was on the lighter weight side which was nice because it doesn't require too much strength to pick it up. Overall a nice pan that cooked evenly and quickly.

I was excited to get this frying pan because you can grill your meat in the house. I love grilled foods. This frying pan is not light but it is not as heavy as cast iron. It has a non stick surface so you can grill your sandwiches, meat and vegetables. Grilled meat always tastes so much better.

I got this searing Nordic Ware pan. It's a 10” pan with comfort grip handle. The pan seems to be a good quality metal and the handles saves you from getting burnt. They packaged it REALLY well in shipping. It came in a plastic bag, wrapped in brown paper and then in the box. If using plastic, wooden or silicone utensils it won't scratch. It works well with my electric stove top. I used it after washing, to cook grilled veggies and pork chops and they came out great! I gave it 4 stars because I don't think I like it any better than my ceramic cooking set.

I wanted this pan because it's square and could has grill marks on the bottom of food. I  actually pretty happy with it. It has a non-stick coating, which I do always try to avoid because it can flake off as the pan has more wear. I can't put this pan in the dishwasher because it will hurt the non-stick coating, so this one is hand-wash only. Nordic Ware also suggests using only medium heat for this pan. Also, make sure not to use metal utensils in this or any non-stick pan because it will cause damage. The pan is made from aluminized steel that won't rust, which is nice. The 11 inch size can fit a good amount of food in it. The raised metal ribs add a slight charred look to food. Overall, I'm sure this skillet pan would work nicely for many people. I would rather have a pan that can be cleaned in the dishwasher, but it is a nice pan. It works very well. It does get hotter than a typical stovetop pan, which is important to keep in mind.

I've had many pans in my lifetime. This is just ok. I wouldn't use it all the time. Can't use metal utensils as there is a non stick coat. Heavy. I'd rather use cast iron. It does leave a grill look on the item you're cooking which is nice. My in laws enjoy cooking with it and they use it more than I. It is a great size for cooking

I'm not exactly sure what it is I could possibly be doing wrong every time I attempt to use this pan puts off smell as if it's burning . Never even occurred to me to return it but definitely wasn't worth it in my mind. I was hoping to buy a nice pen that I could see her stay gone and scallops but the smell is just so horrendous when I try to use it..
