Nordic Ware 2 Sided Bacon / Meat Grill

Exactly product just like my old one. I use it every day to cook my bacon. Would recommend to anyone who love fast cooking without getting burnt.

This is the best thing we have ever found to microwave your bacon. We had one for years and my husband literally cooked it to death. So when I found this, I bought two! Can also use it to for other foods, but it is awesome for bacon.

I purchased this as a replacement for the same Nordic plate which I've owned for over 10 years. Recently it cracked causing the grease to leak through. I received the new plate in proper time and was well packaged. However there were many small chips on the bottom rim and it's overall appearance looks like it may have been used as the top glaze was not uniform nor smooth. I kept the item despite the flaws.

Would've given more stars if had a lid for it to keep from spattering all over everywhere. Sure paper towels soak up grease but lid helps with cleanup It's great for microwaving %26 can put in dishwasher. Little things can help cleanup. Maybe add a special brush for uneven cooking side.

i ordered this to replace an identical one i bought years ago. The new one is not near as heavy duty and was damaged during shipping.

What looks like a place for the grease to collect around the edges is non existent. The ridges are shallow and the bacon will have to sit in the grease! What I got doesn't look anything like the picture of what I ordered. I would return it for a refund but I misplaced my receipt.
