Nordic Ware 10 Inch Deluxe Plate Cover

Expensive, but worth the money, because this one is harder plastic, fits most of my plates, and has a vent hole in the top.

I like to cover food in the microwave and was wasting way too much waxed paper for this purpose. This plate cover does the trick by not allowing splatter.

This is full plate cover and easy to clean.

Very thick and well made and easy to clean.

Our previous Nordic ware cover had seen better days, so we sought to replace it. A bit of a learning curve here - the old one had a vent in the middle that you could poke a finger through to lift it. This one has a molded handle grip. at first it was annoying, but we have adapted. I like that it is supposedly unbreakable. If you have ever had food explode in the microwave, you know why you need this.

I like the large size of this cover. The only negative is that if you drop the cover and it hits it's edge on the floor, it will break. I will buy again.

It's a sturdy polycarb (I think) cover. I've only used it a couple of weeks, but there's no sign of warping or yellowing. It remains cool to the touch after use, but be careful of steam coming through the center hole. My version has only the one center hole to release steam, but from other reviews apparently some have vents and others have a number of small holes. The only issue I have is that the center hole was drilled or bored out and not smoothed, leaving a number of slivers around the circle. Fixed it with a little fine sandpaper.

I like the sturdiness of the clear hard plastic. Makes it easy to clean. No melting plastic. Wish there was some other handle other then air hole in middle.

It was nice and sturdy. Much sturdier than the old plastic one I was using, but it did not match the picture exactly from what I ordered, and I don't like how the center of the cover dips down pretty low, because it seems to touch the food in a few dishes I use.

Bought this Microwave Cover Plate on July 30th 2020. Not microwave safe because is warping in the Microwave. I hope it doesn't emit harmful chemicals. I have to admit I have a strong Microwave Oven. But still this product should not warp due to the heat.
