Flat end allows cookies/pizza to easily slide off
I loaned my Nordic Ware cookie sheet to a bachelor neighbor. He liked it so much he asked me to order one for him (he's a senior who doesn't online shop). He couldn't believe mine was 16 years old and was in such good shape. High quality that will last a long long time.

Bakes perfectly on top and bottom. Light brown and cookies, biscuits, etc are perfectly done!

The best
This is the best my cookies never stuck and easy to clean. Some brand when you put in the oven and start to bend but this one never. I used so many time and still look new.

Try them - you'll like them
Bought for an apartment sized oven and it just fits perfectly. Like the aluminum for even baking. Hard to find without sides. Glad to find regular un-insulated baking sheets.
