Nordic Ware Naturals Aluminum Quarter Sheet & Half Sheet Baking Pan Set, Silver

These are the most useful pans in my kitchen. I use them primarily for roasting vegetables, but they can also be use to make cakes (think jelly roll or multiple thin layers). I also use them when baking cups of custard to keep my oven clean. I trust the Nordic Ware name...they also make the best bundt pans. To get a set of two quality pans for this price is outstanding!

First, yeah! they are made in the USA! I love this two pack combo. The half sheet is perfect for cookies and I already have one that gets lots of use. The little one is great for cooking for two. It's a great size for two chicken breasts or two fish filets with room for veggies,.

Rarely can a quality item be found not only made in the USA but also at a decent price, especially over the past several years. These baking sheets are fantastic and exceeded my expectations, albeit my expectations have not been very high for anything anymore. The sheets are heavy, strong, beautiful. Easy to hand wash too. Did a lot of research and initially had sought high-quality stainless-steel bakeware with minimal nickel content, with or without enamel coating, but it appears that pure aluminum is potentially much safer even when scratched, never rusts at all and is naturally non-stick plus evenly heats up to 500F. The price was nice, unlike quality stainless-steel options, and I strongly prefer to buy everything made in the USA whenever available.

We've been using Nordic Ware %26 needed to add more to our collection. We were very surprised by how substantial feeling the quarter sheet sized one is. A previous quarter sheet we purchased from another store wasn't nearly as sturdy. So glad we got this set

i have had some of these cookie sheets for over 25 years. they look just like the ones i just bought. had to buy more because our family grew, and we didn't have enough. can be used in the dishwasher. no warping ever. easily cleaned with little scrubbing.

These baking sheets are awesome. I recently bought 3 of Nordic Ware Naturals cake pans also. Great price for professional quality.

Bought based on NYT Wirecutter review and am so glad I purchased these - quality construction, durable, even heat transfer. I'm sure these will last for years, if not decades.

these baking sheets are amazing. very good quality. roasted a tri tip roast at 400F and did not warp at all. washed clean. looks like i didn't even use it after washing. love these

food doesn't stick very nice

Heavier/thicker than I expected, so should be great at baking, and roasting vegetables. Sides are higher than other baking sheets but lower than a roasting pan. The large sheet was bigger than I expected so had to rearrange my cupboard for it. It says edges are steel-reinforced, which is great, but the back side is just rolled, not sealed, so washing could leave water in there that makes it rust. The large sheet arrive with a small dent, but it shouldn't affect using it.
