Perfect size for a 1 person household
I have had other Nordicware pans in larger sizes. This pan is not as heavy as the older ones. However, it bakes well; is dishwasher safe; and it is indestructible.

A Great Sheet Pan
I've never had an aluminum sheet pan but wanted to try it because they're not supposed to rust like the stainless steel sheet pans do. I've used it a month and it looks brand new. Cleans easily too. I did notice water spots when letting it air dry, but now I quickly dry after washing. The directions say to put down parchment paper or foil when using or some discoloration may occur. I usually put a piece of foil under the food anyway since it makes easy clean up. I want to try more in various sizes and Toss my stainless steel pans.

The Best!
The are no better aluminum baking sheets than this brand, Nordic Ware. Thick, solid, and perfect baking results. Sometimes we use parchment sheets for easy clean up. This is the top of the line brand. Hand wash.
