GOOD WEIGHT, QUALITY PAN
I have not actually used the pan yet, but I'm an experienced baker who knows good quality bakeware. When I first picked this pan up, I knew I'd made a good choice. Heavier-gauge aluminum makes this pan sturdy and promotes even heat distribution. I look forward to baking many wonderful cakes in it.

I have many, many Nordic Ware items. Actually I think it is a sickness. Any time a new pan comes out, I try to wait for it to come on sale. I tell my children that it is there inheritance. When I call this number and need help, it is right there. I plan on buying more of the trays. If it is difficult to pay so much for a pan. Think of it as an investment. You will be handing down these pans, along with wonderful memories.

This is the best pan ever. I'm a big Nordic Ware fan and was excited to try this pan in place of using foil for my almost daily roasting of veggies and such for dinner. The results are incredible - perfectly toasty and easy to toss around in the pan with the high sides and some olive oil. It bakes chicken and sheet pan dinners like a champ. Cleanup is easy, too! I was expecting that it would get "seasoned" but it is sparkly clean after a few months and almost daily use! Now I'm the out telling everyone they need this pan! Ha!

I bought this baking pan as a gift for my daughter. She loves to roast veges and had complained about how hard it was to keep from spilling them out of the regular baking pans when she stirred them. She sent me a picture of her first use and stated that she loved, loved the pan!

Dissapointed
Did not like the ripples in the bottom of the pan. Made it difficult to oil and flour it before pouring in the batter, causing cake to stick to the bottom

Really tough to clean
The pan is a great size. It is extraordinarily difficult to clean. Everything sticks even when using Pam, butter, olive oil.
