Nordic mini loaf pans are perfect
I purchased two Nordic mini loaf pans several years ago and decided I wanted more. The aluminum pans stack together, so they don't take up a much shelf space. The pans are great for zucchini and other specialty breads. I usually line them with parchment paper to ensure that the bread doesn't stick. The small loaves are perfect for sharing with family and friends.

great for singlesor groups
I love these little loaf pans. they are perfect for bake ahead and freeze snacks or sweets for lunch boxes. great for gift size goodies for friends or who ever is on your hard to buy for list.

terrible
these mini bread pans are the cheapest and poor quality i have ever seem. They are so lightweight and don't have any non-stick surface. I am going to send them back.
