Excellent!
I love it! I just coat the pizza dough with oil before I put it in the pan, and it comes out nicely after baking. I use two packages of pizza crust mix for this pan.

This is a great pan! Bakes evenly and I love the size! We use it for both pizza and cookie cakes- cookie cake comes out better and more evenly baked than any other pan! I know it is a pizza pan but I wish it had a lid so we could keep our cookie cakes fresh too!

Sturdy, well made. ??I am clumsy and frequently distracted, so I am tough on a lot of my things. Even so, I cannot ever imagine needing to replace this pan. It is nice and heavy and is without teflon (which I usually manage to chip).??It's obviously great for pizza, but I wanted it to heat frozen fries, frozen shrimp, etc. Since the rim is sturdy and almost 2" high, I shouldn't have anything "jump" from my pan and onto the bottom of my oven ;)??The only slightly negative aspect is that it isn't dishwasher safe. I rub a bit of oil on it prior to using it and so far have found it easy to clean.

Nordic Ware Deep Dish Pizza Pan
Pan looks nice and I used it to make a "pizza cake" in. It came out great. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT put this in the dishwasher. It comes out awful--all tarnished.
