Nordic Ware Naturals® High Sided Sheetcake Pan

I recently moved out of my parents house and into my own place (yay me!) I wanted to get only the kitchen ware that I absolutely needed because I'm on a budget. The Nordic Ware High-Sided Sheet Cake Pan was a GREAT FIND! It's under $20 and I can use it to bake/cook various different things - I bake cakes in it but I also cook hams, roasts, and lasagnas in it. It's also easy to clean! I would definitely recommend.

I am a home baker and cake decorator. Over Christmas a friend asked what kitchen tool I could not live without, and I didn't hesitate - my strong, uniform, reliable, easy to clean Nordic Ware sheet pans have made everything possible for years. I bake on them, store things on them, cover them with parchment, silicon or nothing, protect the contents on the counter or in the fridge (and pile them on top of one another) with the pan covers. I bought the high-sided pan to make the cakes for petit fours - it will produce double the number as a normal sheet pan once the cake is split. Same quality and the covers fit. This pan holds a DOUBLE batch of a well-known brand of party mix -- and enables stirring and turning without spilling a single ingredient! It's fabulous!! (And it saves time!) Great pan.

OMG!! I'm so very glad to have found this pan. For over 40 years I've been making Baklava. Never had the right size pan and always had to fold the extra 2” of phyllo dough. With this pan, the phyllo dough fits perfectly!!

The quality is superb and easy to clean. Bought two for me and one for my daughter and daughter-in law. Made in the U.S.A.

Their pans are first rate but more importantly so is this company.
