Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless Cookware 13.5\" Lasagna Pan

The pan works great and offers enough room for lasagna tough to clean. You have to use something like barkeepers to really release any grease from the pan. long-term, that can be a pain but as long as you line the pan with foil paper, it'll be less work.

LOVE the pan! It doesn't look all that much bigger than my glass casserole I normally use but I can fit a whole box of lasagna noodles in it compared to my glass casserole where I always had about 4-5 noodles leftover. I always had a mess with my old casserole. This pan cooked my lasagna perfectly and it was so beautiful I took a picture of it and emailed it to a friend! The price was right too! Wish I had this pan years ago!

I love this pan. It is easy to clean.

I bought this pan a month ago to replace an older pan from my mother. It was difficult to find a pan this size. I am very pleased with the weight and the handles are a plus. I baked vegetables and the pan cleaned nicely.

The reason for my purchase was for high temperature oven cooking. The newest trend in cooking roasts is high temperature cooking at 500 degrees. So far the pan has held up.

This pan is being returned. When my daughter opened the box, I was very disappointed that the pan is really small for a lasagna pan. You wouldn't be able to get many layers in it when preparing the lasagna. It would work better as a cake pan. As it turned out, she had already bought herself a lasagna pan and it was much nicer than your pan.

Finish bubbled and peeled the first time I used it. No way this is authentic product/actually stainless steel. Literally garbage.
