Nordic Ware Naturals® 9" Round Cake Pan

Be sure to put a parchment round in the bottom after you've greased the pan (and floured, depending on the recipe) and you'll have easy release even without non-stick coating! Have already baked two different cakes - even baking! Goodbye domed cakes and crusty edges.

This is an excellent pan, one that's usually kind of hard to find in stores. The straight sides make it a must for real cake baking! It does get darker in the dishwasher, though, so handwash if you want to keep the silver coloring.

Food network just voted this best cake pan. I would have to agree. Well worth the money.

I recently made a cheesecake using a spring form pan - decided that was the last time I'd do that. Too messy. I purchased this to use (try to use) in place of the spring form pan. It's a nice pan, good weight - very happy. Haven't tried it yet. Delivery was super-fast. Really wanted a 9x3, but I think this will work.

the pan is made well but is very deep bought two thinking they were the depth of regular cake pans Nope! one box of cake mix fits so had to cut the one layer in half to make two

Heavy aluminum and easy to clean after use. Washes clean and towel dry . Not dishwasher recommended.
