Nordic Ware Original ProCast Bundt® Pan

This pan is working great for recipes not needing the 12-cup. Easy to prep. Inverting it can be a bit tricky but I won't let that detract from my 5-stars. Really enjoying it so far as each time I've used it, the cake has come out clean.

I never thought I would find a nonstick bundt pan that really works_ if you add Great value spray substitute for oil and flour in a spray can. I never knew until I actually read the instructions.

We have used Nordic Bundt pans for many many years in our family and this one is the same very high quality product we have always come to expect. It's heavy aluminum so it will never wear out- ever. The only reason I needed a new one is because I gave my original one to my daughter-in-law. My mother is 85 and still has the one she's had all my life- and it still looks mostly the same. This pan is non-stick so you can coat or dust if you like- but you do not have to! We have never had a problem with cakes sticking- or anything else you want to make, like monkey bread- this is a great pan for that and it was the first thing I made in this new one. Everything cooks evenly and slides right out and the pan cools off quickly. Cleanup is an absolute breeze. Nothing sticks to it- nothing at all- so a light soaping and wipe out is all you need. You can also use it for a Jello mold- works the same- never an issue with anything sticking. I am thrilled with this pan- Nordic is always a winner and well worth the money because- unless you lose it or give it away- it will never wear out.

I received this Nordic Ware ProCast 12 Cup Bundt Pan in exchange for a fair and impartial review. I would call myself an average baker. I've had several Bundt pans in the past. My first impression was this thing has WEIGHT to it! Nice and thick feeling, not flimsy by any means. Nice and deep, see picture. A bakers dream! This is a nonstick-coated interior but the instructions tell you to "brush with butter or shortening and dust with flour" OR a baking spray with flour can be used. I picked the baking spray with flour. I prepared my bundt pan, made up my batter per recipe. I baked the cake according to directions. After the cake cooled for 10 minutes I flipped it onto a serving plate, see picture. Clean up was a breeze! The Nordic Ware ProCast 12 cup Bundt Pan is a WINNER in my book!

What I received was very expensive, and I chose it thinking it would come with more sachets of the flavor.

I called the Nordicware company to ask questions about the Bundt cakes pan. They returned my call, and explained in detail what the difference of their products. The lady was very detailed about how each way the manufacturers make the Bundt pans. I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my friend. I have owned one for 30 years and the cast aluminum is the best one to buy. It doesn't stick. It makes a beautiful cake. I would highly recommend their products. If you were unsure about what you are purchasing by all means contact the company that makes the product it is worth your time. The heavy duty bunt pan is the cast aluminum. It may cost more but it's worth the money.

Nordic ware makes great baking items and this Bundt pan did not disappoint. This is my second Bundt pan from them and the quality is just as good as the first. Nordic Ware Procast 12 Cup Bundt Pan Is the best cake pan I ever used. This bundt cake pan has an awesome weight to it. Unlike other pans I prefer this one. Who don't like non stick surfaces? You can lightly dust the pan but not needed. The cake is cooked evenly and it did not stick to the pan. Clean usp is a breeze. All you have to do is just wipe it out. You don't have to put it to soak. Also the pan is molded when you make a cake it is easy to cut. The Pan cools off quickly when the cake is removed. This pan is also good for gelatin. The mold is always perfect. There is no limit to what you can do with the Nordic Ware ProCast 12 Cup Bundt Pan.

The Nordic Ware ProCast 12 Cup Bundt Pan is a fantastic product. Since I got it, I've made several things: Monkey Bread, Lemon Pound Cake and a Chocolate Cake. All came out perfect - nothing sticks in this pan. Cleanup is even easy as it washes up quickly. The pan is very thick, preventing burned spots on the bottom or the sides. I can't wait to make a Figgy Pudding for Christmas. I have never owned a Nordic Ware product before, but I will be purchasing more in the future.
