Tool of the Trade

chopper scraper is very sturdy and it is very easy to hold, I recommend this scraper to very one.

Good, sharp and easy to store away.
Although it is sharp enough, I'm old school and am more used to using a knife to cut. It's great for scooping up cuttings and tossing them into a bowl or pan.
