The "Ultimate" Subscription - Is it a value?

Steve May 19, 2026

Norton with LifeLock is a great product and a good value and I would rate it 10. However, the add on products for computer performance are not necessarily a value, especially for someone on a fixed budget. I would recommend assessing the cost of the monthly increase in the Norton subscription versus an annual/semiannual performance check-up at a local computer shop. Additionally, I would note that many of the clean-up items are simple routines that can be accomplished manually. I would love the automated feature but being retired and on a fixed income another bill is not primary on my list. No senior discounts are available through Norton.

Stop trying to upsell me please…

Drea March 14, 2026

I've used Norton products for years now and it works as designed. However, as soon as you install it, it somehow finds errors on your new fresh out the box PC to fix or remove. I get the items that are tracked or attached to your personal data, but come on ….. some of that stuff is just too much upselling for their other products. Just a tad bit annoying.

Pricing

Heidi and Bernard January 31, 2026

No matter how much I escalate, paying more and more (especially after the first payment), you keep sending emails about "issues" for which you request even more money if I want them resolved. Then, the version for 10 devices helps for only one device in cases of most issues. You have a problem with your pricing.

Peace of mind

Isabelle November 19, 2025

It's a good product, I have no reason to worry about my computer being hacked, and I like that I can scan my system anytime other than the scheduled times that I set.

Better peace of mind

Joe April 21, 2026

I believe that I'm definitely safer with Norton than I would be without it. I also have McAfee so hard to tell who is doing more for me. One of them is definitely doing a good job. May having both is better than either one alone?

Good Protection, too many extras

Ken April 30, 2025

I rely on Norton to keep my computer safe but after the basic program there are then offers to too many add on's at additional cost. Diver updaters, scam protectors, computer cleaners. Too much to add on a fixed budget.

It's a DOWNLOAD!!!!

Rebecca October 19, 2025

Purchased this with my Walmart order not realizing it was a download instead of a CD. I accidentally deleted the email from Walmart and they will not replace the email for download or refund my money. I should all together not shop at Walmart anymore, give my business to someone else.

Norton 360w/Lifelock Select.

Dennis May 2, 2025

After following the emailed instructions after verfied purchase on March 20,2025 I entered the product key to activate the computer protection and identity product which was rejected by Norton. After long calls to Norton and Walmart I was promised by Walmart customer service agent that they would email me another product activation key which hasn't happened. I would like to get the issue resolved since I am out $59.99 with no access toNorton 360 Life Lock Select. Thank you.
