We have been using this toaster for about two weeks. So far, I like it. It has a smaller profile in width, 5 1/2 " wide. Items brown evenly. In my home this toaster has been used for toast, raisin toast, bagels, frozen waffles and pop tarts. All come out perfectly. I have had more expensive toasters and this one works as good or better than those name brands did.
I love the retro look. it's just so fabulous and fits perfectly in my kitchen retro decor. I have already used it once with Texas toast with no problem fitting in or removing
Super cute and perfect Retro design. It's red with off white and chrome trim. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but who uses all those. It has 3 settings, bagel, regular and defrost and all settings work as they should. It has a pull out tray to clean the crumbs out and a cord wrap under the unit. It toasts uniformly and pretty quick. And it's retro cute! The top chrome seems a tad flimsy but overall it's just what I wanted.
I love the look of this toaster. It's a perfect fit for My Pink Barbie Kitchen in My She Palace. It's functions are great making it easy to use.
My husband and I got this for our new place. It is ADORABLE. Better than what we expected. We are very pleased with it!
I like the retro look, and the color matches the same new red microwave I just bought. The only drawback I have found is the slots, though, being wide enough for bagels, but not long enough for sourdough or some rye breads, which are my favorites for breakfast toast. So I have to heat my new toaster air fryer oven for a couple of slices of toast. Regular loaf breads will work, but specialty breads or homemade loaves that you do not use regular bread pans for will not fit because of the lengthwise size. But overall, I am pleased with the purchase, and it brightens up my Kitchen. BTW. Start at setting 1, then move up for browner toast. I made the mistake starting at 3 and had to knife my toast. Also, make sure you put it through a cycle before toasting any food to burn off any extra stuff inside of it. You will see smoke only a little once. After that, it will toast well. Just pay attention until you find your perfect range for the type of toast you like.
I love it. Perfect size and exactly what I was looking for, as down sizing " top of counter" appliances. Outside material seems a bit cheep, but it still looks great, if you like this style and our toast and other have been perfect.
I have only used it a couple of weeks, but so far so good. It is a pretty red (a little metallic) which matches my electric tea pot. It is not quite as dark as my tea pot which is candy apple red but it works.
Super cute, some plastic, though. I would reccomend it, with one caveat: if you're not paying close attention (and sometimes if you are), thin bread tends to fall to the bottom of the toaster on the right side, which is a pain in the bum.
Worked like it should for two months then 3/4 of the nichrome heating elements stopped working— the two outer walls with the heating elements have ZERO working and the two inner walls with the heating elements each have just half of theirs working. Not only that— but the elements that do work instantly burn whatever is put in the toaster because the control knob and buttons do not work anymore. All of this happened at one time. Absolute trash. I've looked all over the internet for a great quality slice toaster and it seems every brand is garbage no matter how much is costs. 2021 and after— manufacturers have produced nothing but disposable garbage.
