Wholesome quality
Love shelled pumpkin seeds! very healthy for you. Consume them sprinkled on-top of salads, baked on-top of muffins and great nutritional snack! Shipping was great, very fresh!

Fresh roasted seeds!
Nice fresh clean lab tested seeds. My wife roasted them in a cast iron pan and added Various seasonings in different batches. Really good. Thanks!

very small pumpkin seeds
flavor not as good, perhaps not as fresh as others I have purchased, since they were on a boat from China for a long time?. Will go back to previous brand and spend extra 2 bucks.
