I have suffered from fibromyalgia for years. Also lower back, both knees and both shoulders are in bad shape. Causing severe and constant pain. Let's just say that I'm one big pain. After taking this for a few weeks I can feel some relief. It hasn't completely taken away ALL the pain, but it gives me some relief so that I can rest better at night.

Seems to help cramps, possibly helping with sleep
I have only been taking this about a week but it seems like I have fewer leg cramps and have been dreaming more so I assume that means I am sleeping more deeply.

When I do not take them, after 3 days feel less calm, do not sleep as well.
