The Now CoQ10 seems to be working much better than the earlier used CoQ10 in that it keeps the arteries strong while they are cleaned with other supplements thus the Systolic & the Diastolic stay with in then upper normal ranges where I want them to be.

If you are taking the medication Amitriptyline {Elavil} you must take Coq10!!! Your heart muscle already has the enzyme Coq10 stored in the muscle, and is used to absorb and utilize the nutrients you eat, but when you are taking the medication Amitriptyline { and it has other names it goes by like Elavil for one} you cannot use this naturally occuring Coq10 enzyme because it BLOCKS it!! Therefore your heart gets starved to death, and so do all of your other muscles! Did you notice that your legs become weak when climbing stairs, or trying to run? What to do? Take this Coq10 50-100 mg two times a day WITH MEALS, and you will be fine. I know by years of experience!!! Once I started taking this Coq10 I was able to build my heart muscle back up again doing exercises, but without this Coq10 I would be dead by now!!! It saved my life literally!!!
