NOW Foods Relora 300 Mg 120 Vegetable Capsules

I started taking Relora about 3 weeks ago. I've been looking for a way to improve my cortisol levels seeing I'm 47yrs old and perimenopausal. I was having trouble with controlling my food cravings. With Relora I have found it to help kick those cravings to the curb! As for better sleep and improved energy, I have not seen any improvement since I've been taking the Relora. Maybe as time goes on Relora will help with those symptoms too.

I have stopped losing for now but total I have lost 22 pounds using Relora. I am very calm and relaxed. I am not longer starving all the time. So my snacks have reduced. I did not change my diet and I can not exercise due to my health, so this product worked perfectly for me. It relaxes you immediately but the weight might not start showing any loss for like 3 weeks at a time and then all of a sudden 4 pounds less, then 2 to 3 weeks later another 3 to 4 pounds is off and so on. And I have Hashimoto's and Hypothyroidism, I usually can not lose weight without an extreme struggle. This weight I have lost, is staying off. It does not even try to come back.

I use this along with rhodiola rosea, holy basil, ashwagandha, and st johns wort. The combination really does help with anxiety and nervousness.

It does curb your hunger, didn't think it would, I'm amazed.

I have been plagued by hot flashes and poor sleep. I have been taking this for over a year and feel it helps me. It hasn't helped me lose weight, but I don't crave sweets as much. I don't know if this is the Relora, because I have been trying to curb my addiction to sweets. It probably helps though, I suspect. My sleep isn't perfect, but it is much better.

I tried Relora with the hope that it, along with several other products, would help me achieve more of a sense of calm than I was having awhile back. I've been taking St John's Wort and its seemed to take the edge off a bit. I was hoping that this product would help a bit more. I've also been struggling to lose weight. Perhaps I haven't been taking these products long enough, only a bit over 30 days, but so far I've not felt any noticable change. I can't gauge the quality just the effectiveness on me.

Seller did not ship my item even after 12 days of purchase. Very poor service, will never buy again. No wonder he has only 71% good feedback. Bad Seller.
