Low dose hard to find
Lower doses of Saffron are hard to find. Clinical studies being done show promise with it helping to slow progression of wet AMD. Between the injections and saffron, my vision is holding its own, so I will continue taking it.

I have been using for about a week with my Zoloft. I have noticed improvements all around. Emotionally more chill. Physically more active. Constant exhaustion is gone and I have gound it easier to complete every day tasks.

Saffron for a naturally elevated mood :)
Research on Saffron is well documented with multiple human studies. It is known to increase our serotonin levels (our natural "feel good" hormone). It has been tested in studies comparing it with popular antidepressants. It rated very high and some subjects preferred the results of saffron. I decided to try it for this reason. I must admit that I did find a benefit, however, I could not continue since it caused digestive issues for me. I gave it to my neighbor who was quite grateful.
