Found the right dosage
My doctor recommended a higher dose of Vitamin E. Instead of taking two capsules of 400 IU, leaving me at 800 IU, I'm able to get my full dosage with one capsule.

NOW makes quality supplements.
I always trust NOW supplements. These are easy to take even though they are pretty big capsules. When I get a scratch, I pop one of these open and rub the oil on the cut. The next day, it is almost cured. Good stuff.

Good Quality
I use this for my pets and I as a health supplement. I have been using the NOW vitamins/minerals for years, and I find them to be good quality that I can depend on. Most foods do not contain enough daily vitamin E and actually much less than was is required, and this supplement really helps. I can easily poke the gel capsule and pour/squirt some of the vitamin E on the food.

Vitamin E had greatly reduced my pms symptoms, and mostly gotten rid of my hormonal migraines.

Good Mixed Tocopherols
All NOW products are good and this is another one. Natural vitamin E with mixed tocopherols is not easy to find at this price.

Vit. E protects your liver. It's one of Mick Jaggers vitamins. He's still a teenager.
