[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product really surprised me. Best value for money.
I've been talking this multi for years. It's an essential part of my nutrition regime. I'm soon to be 68. Over the years I've qualified for US Nationals and World Championships in Masters Ironman, and ended up on podiums in many ultra trail races. I demand a lot from my body and serious nutrition and supplementation make it possible.
Nice balanced multi for men with high B vitamins. Low in calcium since it is pretty easy to get from diet. .Low in magnesium which may or may not be important to the user. Total zinc is 15 mg including what is in the ZMA as per my contact with the company.
This men's multi-vitamin has a very broad spectrum of very beneficial ingredients for optimal health, including saw palmetto and ginseng. One important factor for me when choosing a men's multi is low calcium levels. Most multi's have very high levels of calcium (200 mg or more of carbonate) which is really a cheap filler. Men do not need very high levels of calcium nor iron. Anything under 100 mg is more than enough. Many foods in our diet provide adequate calcium. This vitamin energizes me and provides extra benefits.

Guys, this is one of the best multi's you can take. Specifically, your energy lvl's are sustained throughout the day...I recommend not taking them close to bed time.
Men's Extreme Sports Multi from NOW is one great product. I have noticed more energy and well being. Only problem I have had is that a few capsules melted in the summer heat during shipment while out in the hot delivery truck. Once in normal temperature they are fine. I have noticed many times that the packages off the delivery truck are hot. But this is the only one that melted. This is a great product. Just wish my orders could some how be protected from the hot delivery truck. Over all I'm very satisfied with the products and prices I get at Swanson. Now if they could only work out a faster delivery like Amazon Prime two day delivery. I refer Swanson to every one. Great variety of quality products.
I have ordered several of these in the past. For the most part they seem to work well. However, Every bottle we have ever recieved has seemed to seep the oil through the softgel leaving every softgel coated in an yellowish-orange oily coating. There is enough of this that a paper towel is required for clean up every time you take them. ... The most recent bottle we have open was much worse and un-useable. Several of the softgels have exploded, ruptured or just fallen apart leaving the bottle a mess of about 25% of the softgels in pieces and everything coated in a gritty oily mess. The consistency of powdered taco seasoning mixed with oil. ... So at best, they are a messy multi-vitamin to take on a daily basis, and in the later form completely worthless. ... Aside from these issues, I have otherwise been happy with them and they do seem to provide what they claim, but it is quite a gamble in my book.
Several pills broke open or leaked all over the inside of the container, and it was a sloppy, oily mess. Had to throw them away as they were unusable. Contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a refund. Poor quality pills I guess.
