My doctor recommended these to me because I have restless leg syndrome . I've been taking these supplements for about a year now and they have significantly helped to almost eliminated my restless legs at night!

I took a bad fall 3 weeks ago and broke my right arm in 4, possibly 5 places. I went to get my hair cut short after 3 days (since I couldn't fix it) and my stylist told me she had broken her right hand just a month prior. Her PA told her to get these to help her hand heal faster. She was out of her cast and back to work in just 4 weeks. I figured it couldn't hurt so I started taking them right away. At 65, extra calcium and magnesium are a good idea anyway. Be forewarned, these soft gels are huge and you take 3 per day, but they do go down easily and have no taste. I go back for more x-rays in 3 days, so I'll see then if this is helping the healing process for me. Will update then.

Really good vitamins currently taking for source of Iron and Calcium. Love it!

Works as it should

I take calcium supplements to protect my bones as I age. These have not just calcium but the other elements the body needs to effectively use the calcium.

These are excellent vitamins! The soft gel absorb much better and perfect if senior needing to keep osteoporosis at bay!!

I've been using now for years and they've akways been yellow colored capsules and this order came and they're white. Hoping just a different gel cap used no other difference

Formula and dosage of magnesium and calcim seems great, but these pills are huge. Find myself skipping them because they are so difficult for me to swallow.

I would give it zero stars if it were possible. These are horse pills, not fit for human throats. I can't imagine how anybody would dare to try and swallow one of these mammoth pills without taking the risk of choking into account. A total waste of money.
