I've been taking this diligently for approximately 30 days now. There is a definite difference in my energy, quite improved! However, nothing yet significantly has changed regarding the intended purchase of this, my brain. Ha! Either I'm too far gone for help or I just need to continue this a little longer to see any affects. So I'm reserving my complete rating until I've had at least another bottle.
