i saw this product on TikTok. i had symptoms of a yeast infection but i didnt want to go to the doctor and get an antibiotic unnecessarily so i tried this product. 3pills a day (1 morning, 1noon, %26 1 at night and symptoms subsided then went away. Along with cranberry juice and a lil bit of ACV it totally worked for me.

NOW Brand works!
I had a UTI, after 24 hours of taking NOW's D-Mannose, my symptoms were 99% gone. I did have to stay on it about 2 weeks but it did completely flush the UTI from my system and it hasn't returned. I took the maximum dosage on the bottle 3x per day.

Good
This product was actually referred by my Urologist due to recurring UTI's. I take it every night and it helps keep my Urinary track clean and I have fewer problems.

I don't like the capsules
I can't say if this is effective or not yet, but i can say i hate the capsules. The plastic is very plastic, and these are a bit large. i swear they float to the bottom of your esophagus and stay there no matter how much you drink to wash them down. i started opening them and pouring the powder into my drink but it doesn't want to dissolve. Next time I'll just buy the powder
