Works well!
Recently felt a cold coming on. Took echinacea and andrographis , used my Neti pot, and successfully warded it off. I only use NOW supplements because they are third-party tested. Their cholesterol pro supplement lowered my cholesterol by 40 points.

Now is a good brand that doesn't cost a fortune. Will purchase again. This is one of those thing you want to keep on hand during cold and flu season.

Roots! Not aeriel parts!
Usually I take it when I first experience a cough or a stuffy nose. Symptoms disappeared in 30 minutes. I make a tea - contents of one capsule + 6 oz ( 3/4 cup) boiling water, stir it once and drink it warm. usually 1 cup a day. These days I have 1 or 2 cups every day just to boost my immune system.

I drink with tea as soon as I start to feel a hint of being unwell. I use with goldenseal and usually buy the two in one unless they are out of stock
