Vitamin manufacturers should be ashamed of themselves if they do not manufacture a mixed tocopherols vitamin E. The vitamin is absolutely useless in any other form and if you do a little research, this would be evident. NOW vitamins is the best vitamin and the best value that I have found. it's hard to find a natural Vitamin E, I've been taking Vitamin E for years

I use it daily. If I miss any I get leg cramps & aches bad because of my weak heart. This particular vitamin "E"(tocopherol) has the four ingredients in it necessary to work. You must buy the vitamin "E" that says "tocopherol" like this product does. If it spells it ending with "yl" -->tocopheryl then it does not contain the four ingredients found in vitamin "E", and thetefor will NOT work. Buy this product for it does contain the four ingredients therefor it is vitamin "E" tocopherol. Check your labels. This is a really great product. I have been useing it for years.

I take it everyday, and have for 35 years, and will continue to do so! Great for circulation, your heart, and all of your muscles!! Also helps with anxiety, and panic attacks cause by the condition of the heart..the mitral valve prolapse syndrome!!! You have to take the vitamin "E" tocopherol, and NOT the "E" tocopheryl because the "E" tocopherol has 4 ingredients (d-alpha, d-beta, d-delta, and d-gamma)in it ,while the other, tocopheryl only has just one or two of these ingredients in it, and will NOT work!!! So, make sure you buy the "E" tocopherol, and NOT the "E" tocopheryl!!! Very good for the nervous system, as well!!

This brand and formula definitely works for me. When I find one that works I do not rock the boat by experimenting to find something as good at a cheaper price. When you are in your late 70s you do not risk weeks or months experimenting and possibly not feeling your optimum on the chance of finding the equivalent cheaper

I take it every day! Helps my leg cramps because it improves circulation ALOT! Great for the heart and nervous system, too! Been using vitamin E for 50 years primarily from Solgar until it tasted different now that they use toxic type of soy. Always pop them open in my mouth. Now is the first to claim Non GMO so I am using it. Prefer 1000 iu with larger gels. Not as sweet as the old Solgar type. Hope they are being honest. Very few soybeans are Non GMO.
