I'd been taking one very high quality multivitamin/mineral for almost 3 decades but in the past year it just didn't help my energy. My doctor conferred with several others in the clinic and each one highly recommended the NOW brand, which I had never looked into. I tried it and am so glad! My energy is improved, and I like that it adds veggies and fruits in the mix. It's a powerhouse!

They have a very strong odor. But they seem to wotk well. I feel better when I take them daily

It contains a well-balanced blend of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to support overall health. The capsules are easy to digest and don't cause any discomfort. I bought it as a gift for my mom, and she loves it!

Works great. Uses them to balance hormones with PCOS. Took these with Myo D Chiro Inostiol and Fish oil and finally had a normal period and about to have a second normal cycle in a row. Buying again. Only gave 4 stars because there is a nasty taste to these and sometimes nasty burps.

4 horse pills a day! And turns urine neon yellow

It's a big capsule and doesn't taste very good. This is the first time I tried this vitamin. I used to get Rainbow Light 50+ mini multivitamins. But they were discontinued. This bottle says to take 4 per day. But I only take 2 with food: one in the morning and one in the evening. They're too expensive. I probably won't purchase them again.. unless they're on sale for a reasonable price.

I did not like it. This multivitamin has a lot of great ingredients and high vitamin values but you have to take 4 large pills. They also have a very strong smell and taste. For me they're hard to swallow but I have problems with large pills anyway. I think there are better options.
