I like the SOLARY brand quality and 600mg Quercetin content. The capsule is just on the large size (longer than a dime is wide: 7/8 inch long, 1/4 inch wide) for me but I can swallow it ok enough, but I sometimes open the capsule and put it in a "shake". Delivery is always excellent from iHerb. I take 1 a day for anti-inflammatory reasons. I recommend them!

The capsules are covered in the yellow quercetin power, ending up with yellow powder on the fingertips. Not having tried any other brand, I do not know if this is common. As well, I have learned that capsule form is not very bio-available. I have moved onto a liquid form of quercetin. If you are serious about your quercetin intake, then you want to consider an extract or liposomal quercetin. I can fell the difference.
