I was very disappointed and returned. I couldnt read the ingredients on the bottle on the website when I ordered but when I received them I noticed they had red and yellow lake dye and sodium laurel sulphate in them!!!! I try to take supplements without added chemicals and ingredients and these additives are horrible and NOT NECESSARY for the benefit of this supplement to work. I do not recommend.
