I was taking multiple vitamins, then my Gynocologist recommended this. It has all that I needed.

I like this Multi. It seems to work pretty well. The dosage is 3 per day, I take 2. I found that 3 made my head feel a bit weird, but 2 is great for me.

For myself I feel they are are the best high quality natural vitamin for a woman's health they are soft capsules so much easier to swallow.

Arrived in a timely manner. My first time buying, would have been nice to have a picture of the size of pills in the description.
