Perfect blend with all needs …. And they worked so
I just bought my second bottle. After first bottle feeling so much better. And it's a very complex formula I almost always trust the NOW brand for many things and this didn't disappoint!!! Try to eat healthy and NOW helps me do that

I was taking multiple vitamins, then my Gynocologist recommended this. It has all that I needed.

Good Product
I like this Multi. It seems to work pretty well. The dosage is 3 per day, I take 2. I found that 3 made my head feel a bit weird, but 2 is great for me.

Best vitamins for women
For myself I feel they are are the best high quality natural vitamin for a woman's health they are soft capsules so much easier to swallow.
