Got cold sores and mouth ulcers. Lysine works.
I've used this for years. At the first tingle of a cold sore take 1500 mg for 2 days. Then 1000 for 2 days. Then 500 for 2 days. Zaps the blisters quick. The faster you start the Lysine the better. I even got out of the bed at 2am on vacation and went to an allnight drug store and got some when I woke up and felt the tingle. My grandson takes it also but he does 1000 daily. However you choose to take it; it works. I've been using it for 20 plus years with good results.

Good Product
My grandson (18 years old) has been taking one pill a day, to help reduce his acne. In the span of a week, there is visible improvement.
