Product well made. Smells fresh. Used to take this couple of years ago, and liked it. Not sure why I stopped....? Does seem to help make thinking more "sharp". Glad I returned to the product.

To start, they're Non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, kosher, halal, and even have a few other better-for-you labels that both increase the quality and allow more people to take them. They're supposed to support brain and nerve function by aiding in emulsifying fats. After nearly a month of use, I would say my mind has been a bit clearer, plus they're super easy to take with no aftertaste. Although I don't typically buy supplements of this sort, I am very glad I got to try them to see how they would affect me. Overall, it was positive!
