It did nothing for me, so won't reorder, but that's just me. I won't say it's a bad product, it just isn't for everyone.

This contains B6 in HCl form, which is a SALT! Salts are used to cross the blood brain barrier, but it competes with Potassium to do so. I would not take this if you have aldosteronism, or low potassium! You can buy the other ingredients separately and take them with a whole food vitamin that supplies B6, which would be WAY HEALTHIER THAN THIS! I have been taking it for 4-5 days and have GAINED WEIGHT, my skin plumping out to it's fattest ever, including the curdled puffiness that comes right before my fat cells “woosh” and flush out their excess water holding the place of fat that's been burned, preventing the fat cell from shrinking. This phenomenon, known as the woosh has been studied in the military, finding that after calorie depravation or loss, the fat cells store water in place of the fat, then release it when a subsequent high calorie meal is consumed resetting the metabolism from starvation mode, I think. It's been several years since I studied that, and it worked. I used to lose weight alternating high and low calorie days to produce this effect, so don't go on a solid band constant calorie limit, fluctuate it, like you do with anything: cardio, weights, high intensity, low, etc. Thank you Now…I love so many products, but not this one!
