for some reason i felt led to purchase this item- i figured if honey is so good for a person, bee pollen cannot be far behind- so i am taking it daily and wondering what effect it is supposed to be having- i am on a mission of trying to eat more healthy foods and be kinder to my body= at age 84 we are looking for all the help we can get to last another year- bee pollen is my most recent contribution to that goal-
