This product gave me heart palpitations even when I was counteracting the use of it with L-Theanine. While I do have a lower tolerance to caffeine I was also using this product to quit drinking energy drinks which have much higher dosages often times with 200 mg of caffeine and a mix of chemicals that are genuinely awful for you. Whatever they are using in this caffeine I would suspect a tainted supplement made in a factory where cross contamination has occurred. Maybe try other alternatives or more reputable brands.
