Absolutely love this protein! it's really undetectable, I love adding it into other foods to boost the protein. It's especially great in pizza dough and Mac and cheese.

Good protein powder. Helps keep me full at night. Take it before bed with oatmeal and peanut butter. One of the better casein available. Unflavored is simple with no additives which is good for my ibs.

Tasteless, works great in adding protein without altering taste. It does alter texture some, adds a creamy texture to most foods.

Very good taste and mixes well. One issue is that it contains sucralose which can be detrimental to gut microbiome.

Its Casein Protein. Be prepared for a chunky almost (Grits like) texture. I mix it half and half with whey at night so I get the Casein slower absorption combined with the quick Whey absorption while I sleep.

I make Casein pudding by mixing it with water. The natural taste needs doctoring, so I mix it with a bit of strawberry flavored Whey protein and then it is like a light fluffy strawberry pudding. At least that prevents me from gorging on it, because it's not tasty by itself.

Only used twice. Didn't like the texture. Didn't really dissolve in coffee, had a pudding-like texture.

If i could give it negative stars i would. absolute garbage. its so disgusting. no matter what i mix it in, it does not dissolve. i try adding more liquid to my cup and it still will not dissolve. i tried adding it to puree food. still will not mix up. i even mixed it with a blender. IT WILL NOT DISSOLVE. if you want to have a mouthfull of powder, then this is for you. if you are like me, and dont want to eat powder, DO NOT BUY THIS. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY.

I ordered 4 tubs of this product. I only received 3 and only 3 can fit in the box they sent. I contacted the seller and they said Walmart fulfilled the order and they had no information to resolve the issue. Thus the product is 33% more expensive than the price advertised. Due to this mishap, the product leaves a bitter taste in my mouth that lingers for a long time. Walmart phone customer service AI was unable to provide assistance for the bitterness of the product experience.

I swore I checked the label for artificial sweeteners, anyway. The “sweet” is what kills this….far too sweet , weirdo twang. Usually love everything Nutricost.
