This is one of my new staples. It helps to keep muscles from atrophy when missing workouts or going unused, like will happen with certain stabilizer muscles that sometimes are forgotten. The powder tastes like...female reproductive organ...I greatly prefer these capsules for this particular supplement. This is a great price, too.

Even at half a dose, this stuff has a noticable impact. If you already get a lot of protein in your diet, then you don't need this but if you do, it's great.

Easily accessible (affordable) supplement. I take 2 in the morning and 1 at night with creatine and have felt the benefit of more stamina during workouts. Just ordered more of this brand

Really it help you to have a faster recovery after intense exercise, and also release body pain. To achieve better result better to stack with creatine and beta alanine and arginie aakg (only if you do not have high blood pressure)
