Nutricost High Potency Vitamin B Complex 460mg, 240 Capsules

My husband and I switched from average tablets to these capsules because they are easier to swallow. We both also feel that they dissolve better and are more fully absorbed than the tablets we have taken for years. This is definitely the best choice in vitamin b supplements!

Nutricost vitamin b complex has inostol and choline shown on the label of ingredients. Googled info says that inostol and choline are important for all the vitamins to be absorbed and work together to benefit you.

I mix it with taurine in a jar to add to cat food, but the cat licks the powder right from the jar. To me it tastes like turmeric. I've revived numerous animal species with this stuff over the years so I know it's good. I take some too once in a while. I especially like it because it has a lot of B vitamins without much C.

always good value for your money with walmart! and they have super fast shipping and UNLIKE Amazon when you get your shipment the box and everything in it looks like it has been stepped on, kicked around, and thrown around! Walmart is always packaged nicely and thoughtfully so as not to damage your products inside! Amazon could take a lesson in packing and shipping!

I chose this one for the vitamin combination and I prefer this type of vitamin B. My system also tolerates it. Overall, it works well for me.
