I took this supplement in the hope of controling incontinence. After 3 days of the recommended dose, I was so dizzy I was afraid to drive! after research, I discovered that this is a diuretic. why a diuretic is recommended for incontinence I can't imagine. Please do your research before purchasing.

I'm disappointed that I can not take this product due to kidney disease issues. For what I had understood that this product would be good for building cartilage, or improve the shoulder issues. But I did do further research, and verified with my dr. I cannot take this product.
