This little known amino acid is among the better researched, more effective sleep supplements out there. I take one capsule before bed, along with 400mg magnesium glycinate and 800mg NAC, And sleep like a baby.

I have tried several L-Ornithine supplements to help me sleep better and relax me, and this one is working very well. I believe it is of very good quality (non-GMO, non Soy, etc) . This is also very affordable, so I will buy it again.

So far this is not working fit sleep but it completely knocked out my nighttime acid reflux/ gerd. I have no idea why this happened and I certainly wasn't expecting it, but wow I will keep taking for that alone.

Best l-ornithine I've used. Take at night for restful uninterrupted sleep. Excellent for muscle endurance.

This l-ornithine helps with sleep. I take one about 2 hours before bed, then 2 more about a half an hour before hitting the sack, and it really seems to make a difference. Take too much however and it can raise ammonia levels after exercise, so caution is warranted.

I am not impressed with this L Orthinine product. I emptied the capsules into water and it was thick, sudsy and did not dissolve. Bulk Supplements brand dissolves completely. I won't purchase this again.

I bought this brand specifically because they show a picture of the bottle description with gelatin and rice flour. When I received the bottle it has those two ingredients but also magnesium stearate and stearic acid. I am purposely avoiding magnesium sterate so was very unhappy to receive this with that ingredient added to it.
