i havent taken it long enough to see how it compares to a different brand that i really like so i cant speak to the effects. However, it doesnt dissolve easily in water as others have said. it leaves a sandy texture.

Does not dissolve in warm, hot or cold water. Does not work even though I downed the gritty liquid and rinsed the cup drinking all dregs of this product. Tastes disgusting though it claims to be unflavored.

The product may be helping with sleep, hard to tell. It is, however, definitely very grainy. No way to mix fully with any beverage. Product mixes very temporarily and the settles to the bottom of the glass.

This product does not dissolve in water. Product can be found at bottom of glass each time.

As a former Navy hospital corpsman pharmacy technician, pharmacy student. This is not magnesium citrate. if tested I wouldn't be surprised if it's nothing more than plastic granules. Walmart needs to pull this product and investigate this company.

Arrived 2 days after being marked "delivered but was very optimistic about it due to overall good reviews of its effectiveness compared to my usual CALM Mg which is hard to find its unflavored version in stores in my area. BUT the experience was utter disappointment: 1st I used it as of laxative effects and calmness ... NO Boweel movement even with doubling the dose and a very strange taste like having sweeter even though it is supposedly "UNFLAVORED" with only Magnesium and citric acid! When looked on the tub to find and EXP day as I suspected probably it is close to expiry for that rather strange sweetness I found NO DATE. I asked the customer service for immediate return and refund and finally they said I should discard and the refund was issued ..... But strangely on y account for the Refund issue they mistakably indicated that it was "REPORTED LOST"!!! Absolutely mind-boggling! BOTTOM LINE: If you need a "Working Supp" I can NOT recommend this powder. Get the CALM Supp!
