this is great. I don't have to cut my magnesium anymore. before I had to cut it in half with the capsule I can swallow it easily. no taste great product

This is the best combination of Magnesium I have found. I think it is better to take magnesium like this instead of one certain type. This has 3 different types of Magnesium in one capsule. I wish it was on the shelf at our Super Center! Store 100, so I didn't have to order it. But that is fine too. Thank you!

This is a pretty big capsule and I've been fortunate enough to be able to take it with one or two smaller pills and I feel that it works well.

I take this magnesium supplement because my multivitamin doesn't have enough of it. The mineral is in capsule form, slender enough to take with other supplements. I began taking magnesium several years ago, after one of my senior neighbors told me that he was experiencing problems due to a shortage of it. I hope to save myself from a health problem I can prevent by spending a few dollars %26 taking a magnesium capsule daily. This supplement needs to be taken with vitamin B-12, which is in my multivitamin. I plan to continue taking this mineral until my doctor tells me not to.

I bought this for the blending of different types of magnesium to help address issues I have. I only just bought this, so I can't say how well it's working yet.
