This really helped with my cycles. I was a lot more consistent, and didn't have as much cramping. I would recommend taking this if you're looking for a natural way to help your cycle.

Nutricost Red Raspberry Leaf Extract
Supplement says take two 300 mg capsules equivalent to 4,500 mg , had no raspberry taste like "Natures Way"brand or good results on my behalf. Has a rice additive. 😑Maybe good results for someone else. Will not buy again. Will buy %26 pay more for " Natures Way"brand if I can find it.
