I will never stop taking this vitamin. It is a really good vitamin for women in general. You don't chew it. You swallow it. The pill is kind of big, but it's soft filled. Do your research though, and you will see how good of a vitamin this is for women in general..

It's a supplement
Got this recommended for an immune condition that I have. Seems to help didn't have any problems not burping up anything gross although it does give you ah... Having to spend some time in the bathroom I'm hoping the body will get used to this.

Evening primrose supplement
I have been using this product for a couple of months. It has helped tremendously with menopause symptoms. I highly recommend.
