NYX Professional Makeup Honey Dew Me Up Primer

I bought this because the cute name and interesting ingredients caught my eye! I'm so glad I did! It's phenomenal and perfect for summer! It's such a lightweight gel and it keeps my face from getting oily. The honey and gold definitely make my skin look it's best. My favorite part of all is how well my foundation stays on my skin. All my makeup stays on really well actually. Nothing budges, sweats off, or gets wiped off throughout the day. And my skin is so touchable! I highly recommend this as it's worth every single penny!!

To start, I want to emphasize that I have been graced with not having acne prone skin so I can't speak for those who have frequent breakouts. What I can say however is that since high school I have had numerous whiteheads on my forehead and sparse pimples elsewhere. After using this product for less than two weeks, all the whiteheads disappeared and the physical pimples left. I still have some redness on my chin but now i don't have to try to cover up actual bumps. My skin feels so refreshed when I use this. I either use it as a primer or i put some on after washing my face at night. I've already recommended this to several friends who purchased and agree!

This is my second purchase of this primer because I am so in love with it! It helps to make my face look fresh all day! It also does not irritate my sensitive skin! I would definitely recommend this for the girls who like the dewy healthy glow!

I just received my Honey Dew Me Up Primer within the last two weeks and I really am happy with the purchase. This product caught my eye when I was perusing the website and I love that it is made with honey and other natural ingredients that are good for your skin. The first time I used this product I was a bit skeptical because it felt a bit sticky however when the product dries it leaves a clean finish and is not sticky at all. My makeup goes on quite smoothly and it does keep my skin looking fresh for hours. I would definitely purchase this product again.

I have combination skin (oily t zone) but mostly on the dry side. Let's get the CONS out of the way. It does NOT make you more dewy, the products should come with a pump and the gold flecks do nothing. Now let's get the PROS: Non-greasy, firming, glides on smooth and dries quickly. I like the tight firm feeling I am left with and it keeps oil at bay longer. It helps keep my makeup in place and reduce cake face. If you have dry skin yet find that other raved about primers have too much slip, try this. All in all I like this primer, yes I would recommend and repurchase.

The consistency is very slimy. I use it pretty religiously daily and I was disappointed to now see any changes in my skin or makeup as stated in other reviews. Your skin absorbs it so quickly and it doesn't really leave it moisturized, it becomes very dry almost? I noticed my nose getting even flaked so I started to resume using bio oil to fix it and luckily that seems to help. I guess I'll finish using it just to use it up but I don't know what it's doing for me. I think it's a fad item and it looks beautiful but serves no real purpose. I don't feel dewy or moisturized at all.

I did receive it unfortunately with the seal already broken, so I'll be returning it and purchasing a new one.
