Oat Dream Unsweetened Oat Beverage, 32 fl oz

I like the rice milk one a bit more but oat milk is thicker and good for things like cereal. I use both rice and oat milk in my coffee and the oat milk is more like creamer than the rice milk. I would recommend both this oat milk and the rice milk from this brand.

This milk is amazing. The taste is light and this oat milk has way less calories than other brands. It blends really well with chai tea and matcha, etc. Highly recommend!

This is unpleasant to drink compared to most of the other brands and specific types they make. This is rough (feels abrasive, like medium grit sandpaper) on the tounge and the flavor leaves a large amount to be desired. I recommend the Califia Farms Refrigerated Oat Barista Blend Oat Milk 32 Fluid Ounces OR the Oatsome Organic Oat Milk Barista, 33.8 Fl Oz (but has no fiber) instead because 1 has more fiber and tastes better and the other tastes better. Oats contain a large amount if soluble and insoluble fiber. Soluble fiber coats your intestines and colons to allow cholesterol out (much of the cholesterol is your blood is actually made by your own body! Soluble fiber allows it to exit your blood and enter your digestive tract. Soluble fiber coating it actually prevents it from coming back into your blood as well as tge cholesterol fromthe food you eat! Soluble fiber is one of your best friends if you have a concern about heart disease and other impacts from cholesterol. I strongly recommend either of the other 2 I listed or some other make/model which has more fiber. Your life, heart and brain (stroke is a risk of cholesterol plaques also) will thank me later!

llonIt's not my favorite. I am looking for Rice Dream Milk in the half gallon container. Have onbly found it once. I can't drink regular milk. Not fond on Almond milk. Tastes too watered down. The Oat milk will do, but not preferred.

This is watery. It is not good for cooking or using in coffee. It does not taste like oat milk, does not have the consistency of oat milk. Very, very thin. I was disappointed when I poured it into a cup. No, shaking it does not make thick.

The taste was so bad i couldn't even swallow it. Spit it right out!! Left a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. If i could give it 0 stars, I would.
