OFM Essentials 23.00 in Executive Chair with Adjustable Height & Swivel, 250 lb. Capacity, Brown

We bought six of these chairs as the last pieces for our conference room. We were concerned that they might be too casual, but they fit perfectly with the vibe we were trying to create: Comfortable yet Professional. They were easy to assemble as well.

we bought chair on line and had to put together but was easy even for us senior citizens we had a broken part and they sent a whole new chair. no company does that anymore is very comfortable

Awesome comfy chair. After working feom home for a year i needed a better chair with back support. This chair is perfect, comfy and wide. Took me about 20 min to put together with 2 elearners.

My granddaughter needed a chair for virtual learning at home. This fit the bill as far as pricing and convenience went for them. My daughter is going nuts with having 2 kids at home , who used to go to school and a baby who needs her full time. Thank you, Sam's Club for letting me help her out with you having the stock and getting the chair to her super fast.

Very comfortable chair, the nob under the chair that tightens it from leaning back seems to release often causing chair to lean back , we have to constantly tighten it. This is with a 100lbs. person in the chair so its not due to the weight of the person.

Nice chair but the tilt function is not adjustable on 2 chairs that I bought. Also seat is long so unless you are over 5'11” don't get this chair. Nice fabric and cushioning. Excellent price

The seat takes awhile to adjust to your rear and was very uncomfortable for me. Hard lumps in the back of the seat. It seems to have settled and is okay now. The chair also chemically smelled for about a week. Microfiber is not a good covering for a high use chair. Will not buy microfiber again. Otherwise, the chair is okay, works like it should with tilt and height adjustment and was easy to assemble.

Assembled as directed. When I sit in it and move forward or backward there is a loud popping sound. I can't figure if it is coming from the wheels or somewhere in the frame. It is annoying but I love the microfiber material. Very soft and smooth to the touch.

Parts did not fit. Could not get the pieces bolted down. Buyer beware.

Hydraulic lift leaks and spews black oil within a few months. Chair creaks as a result (bad lift) when leaning on back. Wheels scratch wood floors, so it needs a floor protector. Never exceeded 250 lbs limit (130 lbs). Chair also sinks suddenly now that the lift is broken. Even excercised the lift up and down several times a week to prevent this from occuring, but it did not work. Waste of money and time. 90 day return window isn't long enough. Very disappointed.
